My name is Ivan_Drago (in game) A gentlemen by the name of Wesam Shesh texted me that he is selling he is vehicle for 1.6 million I have accepted his offer transferred him the money. Then he told me that there is no registration plate on the car that he has to get a plate even tho visually the car had plate on . I thought it might be a bug or something so I proceeded to drive with him to the plate registration location . Thats where he logged off. I believe that is a violation I did wait for him thought maybe his computer crashed waited aproximately more then 15 minutes and he never logged back . pov attached below .
