Hello Admins, hope you guys are doing well.
Previous year I got ban for anticheat #934. So what was happened is I was trying to login into the game, when i finished entering my credentials, i got an error notification related to something due to my low specs PC at that time, but surprisingly in game my character was kind of glitching under the ground like falling in loop inside the ground. So before I can do anything, I got this ban notification which I don't have any idea about it.
Kindly look into it and unban me as I want to experience the server again.
