Hello Mazhor/Lebron
I was banned three months ago. When I contacted you, you mentioned that the reason for my ban was the accidental overuse of a bug. I discovered a bug and immediately reported it to the admins. I also created and sent a video showing how the bug worked. However, I received no response. At the same time, I saw players selling over 8000 Christmas candies from the very first day of the event. I wanted to show how easily this bug could be exploited and how it could seriously unbalance the game. I stayed up all night waiting for a response, hoping that the server reset would fix the bug. After the reset, I tested it again, but unfortunately, the bug was still active and exploitable. Around 8 AM, I messaged Mohamed again, and while I was waiting for a response, I was banned. If I had intended to use the bug for personal gain, I would have never reported it in the first place. But I’m not that kind of person. I’ve played this game fairly for years and earned the respect of both players and admins. I’m just a casual player who enjoys the game and has achieved a lot in PvP. Back then, my English wasn’t very good and I wasn’t in a great state of mind, so I couldn’t express myself properly. But now I believe I’ve explained everything clearly. I’ve respected your decision from the beginning, but I would truly be grateful if you could give me one more chance. I understand that I should have waited for a response from the admins, and I acknowledge that this led to a misunderstanding. I didn’t gain anything from this situation, and I never intended to. If I’m allowed to return, I accept any wipe you impose.
