2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation ?
2.1 Reason of me choosing the NG is it means a lot to me. I was new in the city and unaware of all stuff then I joined NG and got to know about so many new things like working of NG, who are the Leo and other stuff like legislation and with time I got attached with the National Guard.
2.2 From the start of my career I love the work of the National Guard and basically I'm a guy who likes to serve not only for the National Guard but for the whole state and with time I saw the Ex Generals working hard to protect the city and make a good environment in the state. They are the one who made me apply for NG
2.3 my Ex General's always wanted to bring a change in the state this make a good influence on me so I want to bring a big and massive change in the state by taking the leadership I'll prove myself among all leaders that I'm capable of all things I'll make sure that I can have good number of personnel in the org and we will not give any chance to the illegal gangs to take over us.

3. You advice for improving the Roleplay level in the Organisation
3.1 Good bonus System : Me and my team members will be making a dedicated good bonus System for the NG Officers we will make it more script wise and try to make it perfect. So that Officers will be happy and our budget will be maintained.
3.2 Public Relations: My personalised Public Relation department will make it more realistic as they will be organising daily event's for the citizen of san andreas and we will distribute a huge amount of prize money daily. In this way economy will be boosted and people will make good relations with the NG and build the trust
3.3 Using Commands: There will be a proper usage of RP Commands. I will make it sure that each of my officers will make it more realistic
