2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: So first of all I am here with the goal of making a serious and organized RP, being active and participating in as many capture zones as possible is my priority because I would like to do all the events possible. and I want to be the leader of the Families because I know very well the rules of the ghetto and thus everything that must be respected during the events.
2.2: Following the inactivity of the former Families, I would like to take over the lead so that the gang regains its dynamic, makes the gang grow, does all the available events including the all. and The Families under my responsibility will be term with good ROLEPLAY , respect, and above all active. I have already had experience with several gangs where I was able to be a right-hand man. I would like to be a lead of families so that the families are back after a long inactivity I would like it to be active by trying to do as much as possible thanks to my playing time and my knowledge.
2.3: The Third reason i want to be leader of families is i have learned every single rule of turf and ghetto rules as well as the general rules so i belive my self that i can have an active gang numbers upto 60 and 70 active per day and i will make sure of this. other reasons i want to be the leader of families is i love this gang so much and i have wanted to get the leader ship so i hope i can run this org very well. and I want to increase the crime rate of los santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Families always complete their tasks which they committed.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
> I Will Encourage All Gang Members To Actively Participate In RP Events And Activities.
> I will give bonuses to everyone to be more active.
> In my Gang i will ensure that everyone will be treated the same way and i want to avoid all toxicity
> I Will take part in every events Like:- Fort Zancudo ,Store Robbery, Hostage Situations, Clandestine & try to do the possible roleplay in the situtations with other organizations.
