Dear Mazhor,
I can’t believe I’ve come to the point of receiving a permanent ban. It’s true that I’ve occasionally broken MG, PG, and similar rules, but I’ve never done anything serious enough to justify a permanent ban. The incident occurred on April 26th, 2025, at 21:59.
Honestly, I feel completely powerless against Mujo Simba, which is why I’m asking for your help. I’ve tried multiple times to get clarification, as well as support from other players, but I haven’t received a clear answer.
That’s why I kindly ask you to review my situation once again, look at the reasons and evidence behind my ban, and explain to me on what grounds I was permanently removed. I still believe that I was unfairly punished.
