Hello dear admin,
I have been banned due to GR 1.1 and I do not know the reason. I was waiting for a friend at the hospital when the game crashed. After re-entering the game, I saw that I was banned by anti-cheat (#934). I opened a forum about this, but later I received a permanent GR 1.1 ban.
I have never shared my account with anyone and have not violated any rules. Also, I was asked for my Social Club name, and my SC name is IRZEUS08. I provided it, but my forum was rejected.
I kindly ask for a review of my situation and your assistance in resolving this issue. I really enjoy playing on the server and would like to continue following the rules.
