2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1> I want to become an SAHP leader because i spent so much time in en2 as well as en3, i was Director of FIB in en2 and i have great knowledge of en3 as well, as i have spent time in this city i have learned many things, the total number of days i spent being an fib was successful and every agent was satisfied and during my term.
2> As i joined en3 my first legal organization was LSPD i spend some time in it and then i joined SAHP as a Commander (28). Being in legal organizations and getting involved in different situations i have learned many things which make me feel confident to apply for leadership in this city as well.
3> The amount of time i spent in legal organizations i saw one thing for which i was very concerned, Favoritism, i saw many people being helpful for their family and friends, not caring about the other members of the organization, but in my term i will make sure that every officer will get same attention as the other is getting, each officer will get the deserved rank, no favoritism will take place during my term. Knowing that getting leadership of an organization is a huge responsibility but i know i can handle situations at my very best no matter how hard the situation is.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.For an organization to work properly communication is very important, i will make sure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with other legal organizations so that we could help each other in removing crime within the city.
2. To enjoy role play at its best we should be aware of all the essential rules, in my term i will make sure each and every member of organization will have basic knowledge of rules, and high commands as well, if not complete then at least better than their juniors.
3. For an organization to work properly and to get it run smoothly maintaining good relationship with fellow officers it very important, i will make sure that every officer will get the same amount of respect and time as my friends would, i will try to setup a day in a week to take my officers to NG training grounds which would help me in 2 different ways, 1. Our relation would be much stronger if we got to know about each other well. 2. My officers would be good at combat because of the training.
4. Being in legal organizations i saw many people breaking rules and lack of knowledge about Law, but i will make sure my officers would have this knowledge, it would make role play more fun i
