Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Partially Accept this report.
ID 155398 will receive a punishment for Power Gaming, Random Punching & GZ 1.2
(Performing acts that are not humanlike; forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance is prohibited e.g: Trying to steal a shoe behind a prison bar + Random Punching is prohibited + It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head e.g: Stealing shoes in Green Zone)
However,
ID 146955 will receive a punishment for Mixing
(Using OOC info in IC is prohibited e.g: Knowing a person by his ID)
