1/3 : Families has been a powerful gang in city and under my leadership ill continue that with my past experience in gangs i now know everything that i should to be a leader.
2/3 : I want to make the gang so powerful that the leos should fear before raiding us or even taking a fight with us
3/3 : I will have the maximum numbers in all type of events like store clands hostage situations ill be creating such situations for leos that will also provide a better roleplay and daily hostage situations to provide leos an opportunity to actively participate in the rp
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation?
no favouritism- favouritism is everywhere from gangs to legal orgs but i will provide each of my gang members with the rank according to there gang knowledge
bonuses on time - every gang member will receive bonus as soon as possible this will also encourage members to participate in max events
basic knowledge of rules - all my gang members would have a good amount of knowledge about rules to ensure that there are no rule breaks in any situation
