Rejected Ban for GR 1.7/1.9 | Azure Duke

hello admin,


my name is wish adi | 11838 in en3 i got BANNED for GR 1.7/1.9. i wasnt in the rp for last 6 months and now i just came before 15-20 days, and i haven't done any tax evading i think its been any mistake.
Once i had bought a apartment from my friend because he was going out station but i had bought the apartment from him in 1m and as we know the state value of the apartments are 500k so in this case i cant do tax evading and even he hasvent gifted me his apartment because i bought it from him in a legal way .
and before giving me the apartment my friend gave me 1m as a donation in the family and even he sold me his apartment and he gave me the money as a donation in the family i cant see any tax evading here as he gave me his apartment and he only gave me the money for donation in the family.
so i think there is no such reason for which i should get banned for gr 1.7/1.9.
and if there is any other reason please let me know the other reason/situation
i think its been any mistake from the admins , i request you to please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible

and also i didnt gave any money to my friend later buying the apartment not even a single penny.
everything he gave me was under 2m in one day and i never exceeded the limit of 5million

Proper decision taken, you and your friend have passed money and their purchased a property, so the property is gifted/tax evaded!
this has been announced for more than enough times that is not allowed to do so!
