Hello, my account was banned approximately 1 year ago due to GR 1.1. Yesterday, I submitted an unban request, and Mohammed from Pluxury told me that I am not banned. However, when I try to log in, it still says "Social Club ban" and I can't access the game. Here is the error I get:
