I hope this message finds you well.
Today, after restarting the server, I was surprised to find that I had been banned. Before the server restart, everything was working fine, and there were no issues. However, immediately after restarting, I received an IP ban notification.
What’s confusing is that the ban date shown is from June 9, 2024 at 20:50, which is quite some time ago. This seems unusual since I was not banned before the restart.
I have been playing for two years now and have never encountered an issue like this before. This is the first time something like this has happened.
I kindly request your help in reviewing this issue and unblocking my IP if possible. I believe this might be a mistake or a technical issue.
