Subject: Appeal for Unban – Clarification and Apology
Dear Chief Admin,
My name is Arsh Jatt, and I am writing to respectfully appeal the 60-day ban placed on my account. While I understand the seriousness of the situation, I believe the decision may have been made without fully understanding my intent and actions. Nearly 12 days have passed, and I now clearly recognize where I went wrong—but I also feel the ban was not fully justified in light of my actual involvement.
About 10–20 days ago, I was searching the Discord marketplace for a Defender vehicle. I came across a user who shared pictures featuring the Defender and a known server admin. He introduced himself as the owner of an off-roading club, which I mistakenly assumed was official or approved. When I asked if the Defender was for sale, he said no but invited me to join his club.
As someone who enjoys roleplay and off-road events, I agreed and joined his Discord server. He mentioned a 100K monthly club fee, which I verbally acknowledged, assuming it was standard. However, I want to clearly state that I never paid any money—this can be verified through my transaction history.
During my time there, I only participated in events for fun and had no idea the server was unauthorized or in violation of any rules. The moment I learned that the server owner had been banned, I immediately left the server.
Looking back, I now realize joining that third-party server was a mistake, even though I had no harmful intent. I deeply regret my actions and assure you it won’t happen again. I’m willing to cooperate fully—my chats or PC can be checked if needed.
It has been nearly 12 days since my ban began, and I humbly request reconsideration for an early unban. I truly miss the community and simply want to return to roleplaying within the rules. Please unban me and do not wipe my money.
