I was randomly driving around the city and it was raining and i was lagging so much so i typed in cc stop rain please i got silenced. Reason: Nonsense in cc while i have seen many typing the same and it works sometimes. One other also typed after i got silenced but he got nothing and its not even mixing or any other rule break. I sincerely request to review this issue.
