The car you sold to him was sold for a fair price, that is considered one seperate exchange and also is not part of the POV.
Then I see you give him one million twice, but it doesn't become clear why, except him saying money dupe through the phone. Giving him money like that is not considered an exchange, you should simply follow the regular trade system.

However, the fact that he says he has a money dupe and tells you to give him money is considered a scam to me, for that he will receive punishment.

ID 296914 will receive punishment for GR1.3
