2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ballas was one of the first gangs I joined in EN1 and one of the first HQs I went to when I started playing. I've seen Ballas during some of its best times but recently for the last few terms it hasn’t been the same and that's not just for Ballas but most of the gangs. I want to bring back the times where gang leadership actually meant something and when there was real friendly competition and gangs were properly balanced
Crime lately hasn’t been as enjoyable and I believe it’s time for a change. I've already been Leader of Bloods before, where I had a successful term and we won the 7th Initial Crime Event for the most events completed. And at that time, we were supposed to be only the 2nd most active gang open. I’m confident I can do way more this time as we will aim to do multiple events daily with at least 1 of each mandatory event and keep graffiti profits maximum at all times. This will let us keep a stacked WH throughout the whole term so not only can my members access whatever they need but also we end the WH at a good point at the end of my term
Since my last Bloods term, I’ve been Gang Deputy many times and got even more experience, to the point where there’s very little about Crime that I don't know. More than half of the turfs I’ve posted I have secured and majority have been correct attacks. With my high experienced Turf leads, I know we can complete much of the Turf season and play clean. It's not something new or hard for us right now

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The plan is to make sure we dominate ghetto and events with as most numbers as possible from day 1 of the term which ofc won't be easy in terms of competing with the current Bloods term. I want to have 200 members in the org before freeze ends so we have enough numbers for that. This will give everyone a chance to have fun and stay active in the city. There is no point to do a store when LEOs are doing other events or just after restart since there's little RP that can happen. I don't mind losing as long as RP is good. I'll also try my best to do at least 1 FZ per day.Spray profits will always be max because that’s one of the only ways gang members can make money so it's important for me and my members. Ghetto has been dead for ages but I want to change that by pushing our members to rob, find hostages and show off our purple colours all day, no matter what timezone people are in. I believe in quality over quantity so I’ll reward the members who are really active and remove anyone who isn’t helping the gang. I’m not here for drama or people who just want to rank chase, if anyone is toxic or lazy, they’ll be kicked I don't care. We are going to build a gang that people are proud to be part of, not just one for renting blackmarket shops
