For which organization do you apply as a leader ?
Im applying for the Leader of MG13- Marabunta Grande
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
so as of my early RP experience i was wondering around the city and started to see gangs and when i saw them i tought it would be much fun to join it and thats what i did,so i started to work hard for the gang so i can get a name for my self witch i did and i grinded my way up to the highest rank that you could get. the reason i would like to become the leader of marabunta grande is so i can bring more fun to gheto and get more gangs in gheto so the people wont be bourd and thats what i have seen in a long time all of the gangs dont have leaders. so thats the reason i would want to make all of the gangs active.
Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.'
so many people want to join the org of gang but they havnt learned all of the rules yet so i will invite them but not let them attend events till they learn it the way they learn is that there is gonna be some HRT like fib and leos but much less strict so they can enjoy the rp to.
so for my gang to become the best i want to make some teams like the graffiti team for max bones then the small team of the HRT and then of course the lovely team of turfers will be there and the rest are normal gang members and highcomands
and i dont want any type of toxicty
and there will be people in charge like deputys to help out and if they don't do what they are supposed to they will get kicked or be punished like demotion
my aim is to get all of the people to respect us like we are the only gang, nad i want my gang to be the best of the best
