Hello admin,
I was permanently banned due to rule GR 1.1. In the previous forum, you asked for my SC name (IRZEUS08), and I provided it, but my appeal was still rejected.
During the game, I was waiting for my friend at the hospital and my game crashed. When I logged back in, I saw I was banned for GR 1.1.
I have never shared my account and have not used any cheats or broken any rules.
If necessary, I can privately provide my IP address.
Please reconsider my situation.
I really enjoy playing on the server and want to continue following the rules.
