2.why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?(List three reasons)
When I Joined The City, I Have Desires To Be A Pro Level Gangster Because Whenever We Heard Grand Theft Auto Then The First Thing Comes In Our Mind Is Excessive Fighting But Here Also I Am A Newbie And Don't Know Much About Anything Then I Met With A Guy Who Offered Me To Join Bloods, And That Word [ Bloods ] Hits My Mind That Something Crazy And Their Red Colour Loved By My Eyes. I Joined The Blood And Started To Kill Peoples In Ghetto, Robbing Them, Taking Hostages And Many More Things Which I Performed With Me Red Brothers.
But I Am Observing That, From Last Some Time The Bloods Was Continuing Their Legacy As Always So I Am Willing To Regain The Legacy Of Bloods With A Proper Leadership And Responsibilities Of High commands. And We Wanted To Make This Term, Most Iconic One. So I Believe Me And My Red Brothers ( Bloods Member ) Can Manage To Regain The Legacy Of Blood Street Gang.
The Red Colour Of Blood Street Gang And The Location Of It's HQ Makes It One Of The Best Gang To Choose. But Bloods Was Losing Its Legacy, So Me And My Brother's Will Implement Our All Efforts To Regain The Legacy And The Power Of Bloods. And I Will Try To Capture All The Territories As Well As The Graffities.
3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. I Observed That Multiple Times That High commands Hire New Gang Members Without Any Proper Interview, So In My Leadership I Will Make Sure That Each And Every Gang Member Will Be Invited In The Gang After An Proper Interview.
2. I Also Observed That Multiple Times The Leaders Was Not That Much Engaged With The Gang Members In The Events Which Causes A Great Trouble In The Events Like Store Robbery, Highway Robbery, NG Raid etc. Just Because Of Lack Of Leadership. But I Believe To Take Part In The Maximum Events To Properly Guide My Each And Every Gang Member.
3. Multiple Times I Saw That Leaders And High commands Was Not Paying Enough Attention To The New Members Which Cause Problems To Helping Them In Evolving. But I Will Make Sure To Pay Proper Attention To My Gang Members Whenever It Needed.
4. Also I Observed That Leaders Was Not Giving Proper Chances To Learn To The New Members Of Gang Like In The Negotiations Of Store Robbery, Asking Food And Water To Hostages, Robbing Of Hostages, Engaging With Hostages etc. But I Will Make Sure That Personally I Will Teach Them First, How To Do So And Then We Will Give Them Chance To Perform Those Things To Help Them Evolving In The RP Situations.
