1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I have been playing on Grand RP project for years, and I want to try something different this time. I have gained a ton of experiences from playing both as a law enforcement officer, and as a criminal. My skills could be used to benefit other players, and help them with their RP journey. It is not always easy to understand and navigate things, especially as a beginner. I would be more than happy to be there and help teaching new players about the server mechanism. I also enjoy organizing, and taking care of reports. I hope I can contribute to making the server more serious and improving the RP quality for everyone.
2. What are your strengths?
- I am a quick learner. I always seek on expanding my knowledge and skills, and this motivation allows me to easily learn new things.
- I am responsible for all of my actions, and well working in a team. My team can rely on me, if I have a task to do, I will complete it no matter what.
- I learn from my mistakes as well, and do not repeat them.
- I remain calm during stressful situations
3. What are your weaknesses?
I am not perfect, and this being the first time, mistakes is going to happen. In certain situations, I may take longer time to come with an outcome, resulting in a delayed decision. In cases like this, I would ask help from other administrators, as we are all there for each other and this is why teamwork is important.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Responding to in game tickets and not leaving forums pending for a long period of time
- Helping new players by showing them what to do, and reminding them to read the rules because honestly, if a player happened to join the server through rage multiplayer without doing any prior research, they would have no clue about the rules and where to find them.
- Sharing my own opinion and thoughts on a particular situation, which may speed up the decision making, or even result in a different outcome. There may be a situation where an admin is not sure about a decision, and I would be there to assist them.
- I can solve reports in foreign language if it is Swedish, Turkish, or English
- I always act professional and have a positive attitude. I do not engage in any negative behavior.
- I'm technical, and maybe I can do PC checks (I would have to see how other admins do it before doing actual PC checks)
