Dear Higher ups I made previous appeal regarding this case and Mr. Harry King Requested for new forum to be made regarding this case with correct format,
This is my story,
Hello and hope this finds you in the right mindset, i am here to explain what happened since the 9th of March i received a pov request against my ID which i still have till now and have kept safe with me, Regarding my every day work i got a few very busy days at work and did not see forums or seen if any forums was put against me so when i headed back to Grand i was only banned for ER 1.7 so i made an appeal with my POV which in my eyes till now i committed nothing wrong as even that ER 1.7 was False as my POV was clear, i have never used anything dodgy on my pc or never installed anything illegal and am up for any checks that are required, Pablo at the time was speaking to me on DMs and was telling me that the forum will be checked and regarding the Ban for too many bans was going to be re checked as i explained multiple PC checks i had on here 172213 which i was Banned for i also received multiple ban for Anticheat which was all appealed and rest was little bans up to 7 days, after Pablo told me its going to be double checked as all these Punishments / Wrong Punishments still count regardless if they been appealed or not example stuff like ER 1.7 when you have POV its not a rule Break and in my case was ER 1.7 and was not on forums for a while which caused me not to see it as i was busy at the time i have slept on it for a while and did not message him no more or made any forums regarding the problem suddenly next day he has Blocked me on DMs without any Reason, Few forums i have made also to explain to higher up admins the problem and the amount of effort and time i have left here with me in my account but every forum i made after 15 mins i paste the link in browser and it says the Thread was been deleted, Pablo has not treat my matter with any fairness and has Fully lied to me and Totally ignored my Case un Resolved, I have Spent a lot of time and nights in the City and made a lot of money which i was hoping on building up to create a family and gather all of our friends all together, I am hoping this Reaches you out Well and Hope you can find a solution for this Problem that was left unresolved by previous Chief Admin Pablo Schmidt.
I promise to be good and not Break any Rules, I have spent a lot of my time with Grand and would love to be back to my account where it all started and would love a chance back again, I hope i find justice this time regarding this case and as its being looked at now by someone different.
