Why I Want to Lead Bloods

I have risen through the ranks of Bloods with dedication and discipline. From Freeze to Deputy, I’ve experienced every role and challenge. I now want to lead this gang to new heights—not for fame, but to make an RP impact.

I bring with me:

• Strong knowledge of server and ghetto rules
• Leadership experience in both legal and illegal RP
• A proven ability to build and manage a committed gang

Plans to Improve RP in Bloods

• Provide orientation to ensure all members follow ghetto and server guidelines
• Enforce zero toxicity—respect will be mandatory inside and outside the gang
• Offer weekly bonuses and consistent rank-ups based on performance
• Organize regular RP scenarios like robberies, negotiations, and hostage events
• Track daily activity and maintain a strong, disciplined gang team
• Create a training team to guide new members before involving them in gang action
