I don't know what the problem is, but they can't fight without throwing vdm. Everything is available in pov.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 194181 + 152157 will receive a punishment for VDM.
(As seen in the POV ID 194181 + 152157 Did hit the POV owner's car intentionally)
However,
ID 137776 will receive a punishment for MG + Mixing.
(As seen in the POV ID 137776, use 3rd party software to communicate IC info + Used the word "VDM", which is not an IC word)
