2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
When I joined the city I've met a lot of great people and started to climb the ladder of knowledge by going to the each organization and it didn’t take me long to decide that the SAHP was the legal organization where my skill matters and worked hard in this organization and loved the job of SAHP and worked hard with full potential. I enjoyed every moment being in this organization and I have done a lot of fun. SAHP is unique for its prime Location cause Sandy Shores and Paletto Bay which is where most hostage situations and robberies occur outside the city and SAHP can respond it faster than any other org, and Zero-delay response in catching down criminals in the highways, I’ve always had the ambition to become leader of SAHP organization and I think Im ready to take the challenge. Leading a organization such as SAHP Isn't easy but with the knowledge I acquired from LEO I think I can lead this organization without any hesitation. Leading this organization is going to be a honorable Service to me. I have been in LEO's organizations but Im too attached to SAHP as it feels like Safe haven to me.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
"I want to work closely with the other organizations and build up good relationship so we can work better together and help each other"
3.1 Communication: The communication between you and the other person is one of the most common that could light up the roleplay, active using of radio so we can share Information through radio this will give us Advantage in any situation whether its any store robberies, Ghetto patrol, global situations and etc. Not only using the radio it also comes even in arresting we should be communicating with the 10-15.
3.2 Professionalism: Professionalism is most important part of our organization for improving this our IA takes places to look after every officers. Be polite and direct on the radio or in conversation, Have to use proper terms like 10-4, en route, clear, or +. Follow Chain of Command by Respecting higher-ranking officers. Be Realistic no power gaming or meta gaming.
3.3 Activity: I will make sure Troopers are actively patrolling Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores around the clock to maintain a strong presence and keep key hotspots under control and make sure we have units in the HQ selling insurance and actively towing and giving fines. Attending every event like hostage, store robbery, subs.
3.4 Commands: HRT must train them well about RP commands during processing a suspect or handling over the SSD to the lawyer or any situation.
3.5 Knowledge Regarding State: Making sure every single officer has knowledge of the state legislation and if something changes in rules our IA will let them know about that
