2. I want to lead SAHP because i believe that I can improve the org performance and create it as a highly respected org
2.1 Because i have proven leadership experience as i held HC roles in SAHP, LSPD, FIB
LSPD:- HOD of UC (7 time) + DHOD OF UC(2X) + DHOD of TE (2x) + LSPD DA2
SAHP:- HOD of UC + DHOD of SWAT
FIB:- Supervisor of UC
2.2 I understand by leading multiple department in LEO organisation that how to run an LEO org successfully. SAHP hold unique role in traffic control on hwy and consistently is in high speed persuit. I enjoy this form of action and want to elevate it by bringing better coordination and realism to hwy scenes.
2.3 I want to transform SAHP into professional, well structured and respected organisation by improving training, implementing SOP's and encouraging high quality RP from every member or org.
3. ADVICE
- Host weekly training which will include traffic stops, pursuit tactics, hostage situation which will help officer stay sharp and well trained.
- Everyone follows chain of command at all times, improved communication over radio
- Encourge officers to focus on RP instead of rushing to scene and just farming arrests. Quality RP will bring much respect to org.
- Recognize the best officers, best departments and reward them promotions and bonuses so they have motivation.
