I am writing to request that my account be lifted. I was banned on April 6, 2024, for exploiting a bug (lottery) on the server. I would like to apologize for my behavior and have seen my punishment so I am asking for a second chance.

I know that exploiting bugs or other things is not allowed. In my case, I exploited the bug on the server without considering what would happen to me, and that was a mistake, and I deeply regret my actions as I would love to play on my account again.

Since the ban, I have taken the time to follow the rules and general game regulations. I know what I did wasn't fair, and I am only asking for a second chance. I promise to avoid such mistakes in the future and always follow the rules.

I would be very grateful if you could give me a second chance to correct my mistake and reintegrate into the community.
