I'm just driving my car and suddenly hear some gun sounds .
then 112713 killed me without any reason and without demand
You can see in this POV he started shooting me at time stamp 00:24 and killed me at 00:58 (IGT 12:45 ).
It is not allowed as a rule to kill people without reason or demand, so it's under GR 6.15.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 112713 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)

However,

ID 165900 will receive a punishment for UB Driving
(Actions that are unrealistic or hurt the roleplay (RP) experience of other players are prohibited e.g: Driving a sports car on a mountain)​
