I was at beach market minding my own business when I was approached by the female from the attached forum, she was trying to provoke me and was ID 150831. I attempted to simply chat with them to not start any further situation. As I was leaving the beach, 150831 intentionally hit me with his car so that his friends could shoot me.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Reject this report.

As Per CR, it seems that the hit was not intentional, as both vehicles hit went straight to each other.

As per Targeting, you were in Ghetto when the shooting started, anyone can shoot, kill, or rob there.

However,

IDs 146955 & 150831 will receive a punishment for Provoking
(Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them is prohibited)​
