1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I've been on the server for about a year, joining numerous groups and gaining high ranks in some of them. I know the rules and how the community works. As an admin now, I think I can do even more. Although I enjoy role-playing, I would be capable of utilizing my admin knowledge in order to allow everyone to enjoy themselves and to have the server run smoothly. Besides assisting to keep things organized and provide a fun and engaging gaming environment for everyone, I wish to extend my Grand RP experience.
2. What are your strengths?
- I can figure out what's happening and ensure that everything is treated on an equal level. I also make an effort to be optimistic and am experienced at problem-solving. My standards are doing what's right and following the rules, so I think I would be a strong candidate for this job.
3. What are your weaknesses?
- At times, when challenged, I've allowed frustration to get the best of me, leading to speaking words I later regret. I acknowledge the importance of being more patient, carefully choosing my words, and pausing before acting, particularly in difficult situations. I'm determined to work on my temper control and feel that this experience will better equip me to deal with situations.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Due to my helpful personality and leadership skills, I am able to assist the admin staff by ensuring that all members abide by the rules, guiding others, and making the community environment welcoming. I can also assist by being familiar with the server rules and applying the experience I gained from being a member of several groups and communities. Due to this, I always get noticed for the chances that are presented to me.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
