I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the situation regarding my account and the violation of General Rule 1.1. I understand how seriously the server takes account sharing and security, and I want to clarify that I did not intentionally share my account. Unfortunately, my account was compromised without my knowledge, and I now realize I should have taken greater care with my login credentials and account security. You have my permission for wiping my character's money if needed.
