I'm here to state my issue regarding the decision taken by Toqa Ilya in this thread Approved - Fail Rp | 179103 . In the thread the reporter had accused me of fail RP, for not informing him to put him out of the car or search him.

1)Firstly, I'm concerned if its Power gaming/ Fail RP. As I remember it as overpowering an RP situation similar to cuffing with gun in hand.

2)Secondly it can be seen in the reporting players video that I did warn him before I put him out of the car and even while searching him. But since he was deeply metagaming with his family he himself couldn't hear it.
And last he gave punishment for me but he was doing meta gamming he did not punish him

3)Thirdly I poster counter pov where I showed the extended RP situation of him committing CL

But the reviewing admin had neglected it and unilaterally given out a decision to warn me for fail RP.
I request you to review the situation and take necessary outcome.

Regarding CL, you could have made a complaint about player on the forums with your pov​
