Dear [Support Team/Administrator],

A few days ago, I submitted a Forum regarding a sudden ban that I received without any prior warning. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to resolve the issue, including restarting my internet more than ten times—but unfortunately, my IP address remains the same and the ban is still active.

I even went as far as formatting my entire device in hopes of fixing the issue, but it didn’t help. I’ve waited patiently over the past few days, hoping for some change or resolution, but sadly, nothing has improved and the problem still persists.

What deeply concerns me is that I have a family and a home inside the server that I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into . If the ban isn’t lifted soon, I’m at risk of losing everything I’ve worked for, including my in-game family.

I sincerely ask for your help in resolving this situation. I’ve been an active and committed player for a long time, and I’ve never encountered anything like this before.
