Hey,
Today i posted a forum on ID: 280973
As per me he did Fail RP, Fear RP and GZ 1.3
and Mr. Kaycee Shakespeare rejected the forum by saying "As per the POV Situation is dealt with in-game, in the POV he complied but you guy's had a shootout on-going."
Then i DMed him that the situation was not dealt as the admin Marcus Phogatt was late to arrive at the situation and then he told us to leave him for now.
Then he said that he dont see any GZ 1.3 or Fear RP or Fail RP, so i am making this forum for a second opinion on this.

As per me:
He did Fail RP at 00:13 in POV as he said "See you on Gov"
Then at 01:09 we were pointing guns at him but he was still moving here and there for no reason and then he started to run towards the clothing store which is a GZ, so there he did Fear RP and GZ 1.3
I dont know if i am correct or no,
you guys can confirm it for me.
