2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

i. I’ve been involved in gang RP and know how it works:
I’ve spent a lot of time in illegal orgs on EN3 and gained experience with turfs, graffiti, store robberies, hostage situations, and gang coordination. I’ve seen what makes a gang fall apart and what helps it grow. I’m confident I can take Bloods in the right direction with proper structure and activity.


ii. I want to lead with discipline but also make it fun:
Being a leader isn't just about giving orders — it's about creating a good vibe in the gang. I want Bloods to be a place where members feel respected, included, and motivated to be active. I know how to keep order without making it boring or strict.


iii. I’m active, committed, and want to make Bloods stand out:
I can be online 9–10 hours a day, which means I’ll be available to guide members, attend events, defend turfs, and organize RP. I want Bloods to be known for solid coordination, clean RP, and real presence in the city — not just another gang that disappears after a week.

• I’ll introduce a basic RP training and short interview for new members so they understand the gang's rules, turf system, and RP expectations before getting fully invited.
• I’ll keep a rank system that rewards loyalty and RP quality — not just kills or activity.
• I’ll host regular gang RP like graffiti runs, car shows, story-based events, and planned robberies that aren’t just random but feel like part of a bigger street-gang narrative.
• I’ll make sure members stay IC during scenes and avoid mixing or breaking character, especially during turfs and interactions with legal orgs.
