2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have a wide range of knowledge and expertise in every sector and how to run an organization thanks to my experiences with numerous organizations as a sahp and ems leader, including top commands in all LEO organizations and gang side. I am a strong candidate to head the National Guard organization as Genral for the next term since I am well aware of an organization's failures and prospects of failure.
As I work toward becoming a leader, I want to learn more about my subordinates' and my fellow soldiers' experiences and satisfaction levels in the organization because their opinions are very important when running a term. I also want to incorporate all levels of satisfaction and motivational standards in the organization to ensure that it runs smoothly and that everyone involved in NG has a hassle-free experience for NG but also for every organization I have been a part of, I would want to present my vision and mission for future leadership in NG.
I think my ability and dedication will make me a deserving candidate for the position of National Guard's General. Being a leader involves dedicating time and responsibilities to the organization and to the soldiers in need to resolve conflicts and internal disruptions that occur on a regular basis. In addition to making sure that our soldiers at NG are fully aware of all internal and external regulations at NG to be excellent at the work we do and deliver, I also want to teach them how to enter NG so that they are well aware of how to handle various situations without it leading to consequences.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
To make the role-play better In order to prevent needless situations by performing specific procedures incorrectly, people of the organization must acquire the proper methods at different levels. teaching alongside a skilled human resources team that makes sure our units have the necessary skill sets to prevent civilians and prosecutors from being impacted by inappropriate role-playing and meet the necessary levels of role-playing.As they provide firsthand experience into roleplay situations and scenarios, attending events and conducting candy runs for our fellow LEOs is also essential for roleplay. My goal is to make a suitable enviroment so we can cover the gates and also go to event so it we a fun for all the employee
