Pulls me over (after ramming my car) says "micspam" (ooc term in ic situation) and then I get out of my car and I ask him what he wants again, he backs his car up then I run back to my vehicle, get in my vehicle, he aims at the car with a taser and says "put your hands up" which isnt possible (it is if you do /do but he didnt give me enough time to do that) then tazes me out of my vehicle which has no open windows or open doors (Powergaming), then puts his taser away and cuffs me while im running (Powergaming)
