In my POV you can clearly hear his friend echoing through his mic insisting on him killing me, as he said "Kill him". and as his friend was not currently present in the situation ICly then how would this not be MetaGaming?
It clearly states in the GR section where it explains the meaning of MG,
"Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden"
