Approved Fail RP, Fear RP, and Metagaming | 35941

I was attempting to rob ID 35941 in the ghetto with my fellow gang members. The first time I picked him up, we had multiple guns pointed at him and he acted like he could not hear me and the started to punch/shoot us. The second time I picked him up he started to comply by putting his hands up and I then searched him. Right after I told him to drop his illegal items he hopped in his friends car which I believe to be metagaming since he did not use his radio.
