Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
So earlier I used to work in NG, after that I joined EMS as a fresher, after that I gained a lot of experience in EMS and saw how EMS works and how to make it even better.
During our time I worked in many different positions like dean of division, head of division and so on, my main motive is to make ems better thats why I want to be ems leader.
Firstly, I will not tolerate any kind of inactivity and corruption in my organization.
Secondly, I will put up a strong management team to Manage our organization from top to bottom to make sure everyone is doing their job right.
Thirdly, I will make EMS the most active and best organization ever to work with so that employees will get interest to join and work with joy.

Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I have seen that mostly no one does surgery properly in all terms and no one does proper RP, but I will make sure to hire maximum units in surgery department and train them to do proper RP at the time of surgery.
Main Goals for improving EMS.
Strongly focusing on Lobbies and Calls mainly
Having 3 lobbies covered all time by 2 units
Sending minimum 2 units on calls and 1 on RO calls
Having minimum 2 HC standby on each lobbies for interview and management issue.
Training Department
I will ensure that every new person joining the organization should be given proper training without any mistakes.
Global Events
I will ensure that my employees try to attend each and every global event.
Other Events
We will organize blood donation and other Medical Campaign from time to time and do new events.
