2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Although I don't have direct experience in EMS, my role as a Senior Field Marshal in the Los Santos Police Department has given me extensive exposure to high-pressure emergency situations where coordination with EMS is vital. Through this, I’ve gained a deep respect for the critical role EMS plays in saving lives and supporting public safety.
I want to become the leader of EMS because I believe I can bring a fresh, strategic perspective to the department — one that’s grounded in years of operational leadership, crisis response, and inter-agency collaboration. My goal is to strengthen the relationship between emergency services, streamline response efforts, and ensure EMS personnel have the support, structure, and resources they need to excel.
Ultimately, I’m driven by a desire to serve the community beyond policing — by helping shape an EMS that’s fast, reliable, and fully prepared to meet any challenge.

Standardize Medical Protocols and Procedures:
Implement clear, updated medical response protocols for common emergencies to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve patient outcomes across all teams.
Ongoing Training and Simulation Drills:
Conduct regular hands-on training sessions and emergency simulations to keep personnel sharp, confident, and prepared for high-pressure situations.
Strengthen Inter-Agency Coordination:
Improve communication and joint operations with LSPD , FIB,SAHP,NG Organizations , and dispatch to enhance response times and streamline efforts during multi-agency emergencies.
