Dear administration, after an pc check today with Toqa Ilya my ban got changed from under investigation back to E.R. 1.7, but i was banned for an event, where i didnt need POV cause the rule wasnt active at that time, i would love to play as this was my plan after the pc check and now im appeling to be unbanned as it wasnt an active rule at that time and it was my first ban.
