2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- The main reason I want to become the leader of the miltary is because I enjoy taking responsibility and I trust myself when it comes to building a structured and disciplined system. I dont just play to have fun I play to create high quality roleplay and to set an example for others on the server Leading a faction like the military requires someone who can make decisions, stay calm in critical situations, and always stand behind their team. I believe I have these qualities.
- Ive been part of many different RP scenarios before and I have experience in managing people. I know how to communicate effectively with everyone treat each person fairly but when it comes to duty and discipline, I dont make compromises. My goal is to make the military strong from the inside and respected from the outside In the system I build the chain of command will be clear everyone will know their role, but they'll also feel safe and valued.
- I don’t want this role just for the ‘leader’ title I want to bring activity, order, and high quality rp to the military faction My bigest goal is to create a strucure that is fun professional and fully aligned with server rules
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Establish Training and Supervision Systems
It’s essential to provide basic RP training for new members. They should learn how to properly follow the chain of command, speak in character, and maintain military discipline. After undergoing training, every member should be capable of executing RP at a decent level.
- Assign Role Responsibilities for Every Rank
Every rank should not only have a title but also an RP responsibility. For example, someone can be in charge of vehicles, another can oversee training, and another can handle patrol schedules. This ensures that everyone in the organization has an active role and is contributing to the RP world.
- Set Clear Internal RP Rules
The way commands are given, how reports are written, and how the relationship between higher and lower ranks should be conducted needs to be clarified. Having everyone follow the same rules ensures consistent and high-quality RP.
- Active and Exemplary Leadership
As a leader, the quality of your own RP directly impacts the rest of the organization. Leading by example, correcting mistakes when necessary, and motivating members are crucial for maintaining a high standard of RP across the board.
