Life Story:
Harry Wick grew up in an area of Sheffield that was looked down upon. Harry was a drug dealer, just making some small amounts of cash selling drugs to his friends at school. Harry's parents were the worst kind of people. They stole, lied, drank, and had a history of drug misuse, and were the worst of all, they enjoyed making people suffer. From a young age, Harry already knew the importance of money. Harry's father was in and out of facilities his entire life. Moving from 1 prison to another for crimes he had never committed. Harry had no respect for the justice system and no respect for federal organizations.
Career story
Harry started working at the doc and slowly worked his way up to SAHP, where he became Head of Department for SWAT. After a few months and working his way up the ranks, Harry decided he would run for Chief of police at LSPD, where he would serve 27 days as chief. After his term, he decided to give FIB a chance after working hard and long; he managed to secure a position as Head of Spec Ops. A few months passed, and Harry got noticed by the United States Secret Service, where he would later join and work his way to the top, managing to be chief of staff for the USSS. Only a short month later, Harry was approached by the Deputy of FIB asking him to come and run their spec ops division as chief of staff.
Outcomes:
1. Harry can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth up to 100K maximum).
2. Harry can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
3. Harry can torture/interrogate/ someone for getting out info and can inject truth serum ( not kill ) (2times per sit).
4. Harry can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also help them in escaping.
5. Harry can sell classifications due to his rank within the fib ( nothing over 100k)
6. Harry can use all the darknet features for his personal profit and helping friends
7.Harry can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
8.Harry can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
9.Harry can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing(not in actual criminal events (e.g. store robbery)
10.Harry can add or remove people from the wanted list and remove previous reasons for being arrested.
