2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) I have been employed by nearly every major state org. but LSPD is always the one that feels like home. When I Joined under the term of William Robinson I could tell that LSPD and the department were different. The discipline brotherhood and challenges offered inside LSPD have motivated me throughout my entire career. I have grown from an Normal Officer to High Command and now I want to set a example of good leadership in this position.

2.2) I arrive with an incredible program for how to facilitate effectiveness and activity in the department. I want every division operating within LSPD - S.W.A.T., HRT, I.A ,etc. to be able to operate to the best of each respective division's potential. I have already developed a great relationship with the executive leadership groups at FIB and SAHP levels and I will continue to strengthen these inter-agency relations to promote more unified forms of policing.

2.3) LSPD should and will be a fair and professional department that treats all people no different than the next. I want to eradicate favoritism and toxic conflict. LSPD will promote amicable relationships with every family that is under my command and will stress fairness in law enforcement.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) Every department should have its own RolePlay special duties and it should be a formally established procedure that can be executed by those charged with that responsibility. The specific duties create immersion and structure where people will feel proud of their RolePlay virtuous contribution and take it naturally.

3.2) Setting up weekly promotion events and incenting the "Employee of the Week" program would push officers to promote and work for good RP. Such incentives build professionalism in those willing to encourage rule-breaking.

3.3) Coordination with SAHP and FIB in cooperative solutions would greatly enhance RP in those genres along with involvement of our PR Department in organizing common happenings. This gives a further degree of public involvement wherein agencies themselves could take part in interactive city-wide happenings - thereby enhancing the interaction capability city-wide.
