Life Story:
Harry didn’t always have it good he actually grew up poor but one day his dad won the lottery and they became rich overnight suddenly he had everything big house fast cars pretty girls and the best food he could eat. He was finally happy. One day while racing one of his cars he crashed into another guy instead of getting mad the guy laughed and they became friends real close friends. After a few months the friend said they should do something fun and crazy like rob a jewelry store. Harry thought about it and said yes because life felt boring even with all the money. The robbery went perfect and the feeling he got was insane. He wanted more so they planned something bigger a museum heist it was huge and again it worked but this time cops were onto them and during a incredibly dangerous chase they got caught. Harry lost it all his dad cut ties with him media tore him apart and his girlfriend left him. He sat in jail thinking about life and promised he would change. After getting out he became a construction worker saved up and studied to become a mechanic. Life got better. His old friend kept doing crimes and one day got shot by a rival crew that wanted him dead. Harry heard about it and it hurt but it made him sure he was done with crime he decided to join the police academy to get his revenge.
Career story
Harry became a serious officer people liked him because he was calm and smart he worked quickly and got over 1000 arrests! He made lots of friends and people respected him again. He found love again and was finally so happy and organized again his life was going pretty smooth. After years of dedication he got a big promotion under the Spec ops department. He was proud and wanted to make the department the best in the police force . He worked long hours did tons of reports and led most investigations. But the happiness didn’t last. His new wife got killed during a robbery by some gang members. He lost it took a gun went undercover and searched the streets for 6 days straight. When he found the guy he shot him 39 times no hesitation. He cleaned up the scene real good. Still the body was found 3 days later, however Harry knew the system. He used his own department’s protocols against them. The case went cold. No one found out. It gave him a thrill. He started hunting down more gang leaders using fake identities and setups. He became a ghost killer no one could catch. The FIB put their top agents on the case but he was always two steps ahead. One time they almost got him he had to kidnap two officers and drop them in the mountains. He felt alive Then he vanished. Or maybe he didn’t.
Outcomes:
1. Harry can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth up to 100K maximum).
2. Harry can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
3. Harry can torture/interrogate/ someone for getting out info and can inject truth serum ( not kill ) (2times per sit).
4. Harry can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also help them in escaping.
5. Harry can sell classifications due to his rank within the fib ( nothing over 100k/ not to be abused)
6. Harry can use all the darknet features for his personal profit and helping friends
7.Harry can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
8.Harry can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
9.Harry can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing(not in actual criminal events (e.g. store robbery)
