2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Having worked over 12 terms in EMS, I have learned how the system works and how it can be bettered. I have prepared various plans that I am now supposed to use to make EMS better.
2.2 If I am selected as Chief of EMS, I promise to lead the division with professionalism and consistency. You can see in my most recent term, which ended without any warnings. I intend to apply the same level of dedication to this new term to guarantee the continued success and stability of the EMS team.
2.3 With the help of my experience and my connections, I can make many changes in EMS and I have also learnt a lot of new things in different terms and have worked in different positions like EMS Chief, deputy chief, chief of operation and so on and because of that experience I can make EMS better.
2.4 In my previous term, we started many new works like blood donation camps and different types of surgery, so I want to take those things further. Apart from this, I will also try to introduce new things in can make the sessions more interactive and fun.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will try to improve RP by organizing campaigns like blood donation camps, opposing drugs, and we will also organize a speech for citizens on how to maintain good health and how to become a healthy individual. We will also organize a free complete physical health check-up camp.
3.2 We will work well inside the organization, and all lobbies and calls will be covered, to supervise them, there will always be 2 High Commands, and they will attend events like ACC, SUBS, BANK, and other unscripted events, and labtech work will also be done well.
3.3 In the end, I will ensure that we will hire people from all time zones, be it night time or day time, so that EMS runs smoothly, and I will also ensure that no employee faces any problem, and the same goes for High Command too.

Main Goals for Improving EMS.
I will ensure that each lobby has at least two employees and that on-calls are covered. Every new member will receive proper training, and all my RO and High Command will attend global events. Additionally, we will regularly organize blood donation camps, medical campaigns, and introduce new initiatives to promote community events like HIV Day and so on.
