on January 1st, 2025, my account was banned due to an alleged violation of Rule 1.6 (real money trading). I would like to clearly reject this accusation and explain the situation as transparently as possible.
In a chat history shown to Monika Tired from 2023 a member of my former in-game family contacted me on Discord and asked if I wanted to sell my in-game money. I replied with “not yet.” This answer was intentionally non-committal because I wanted to avoid further discussion on the topic. I had no intention of actually engaging in real money trading — I simply didn’t want to cause unnecessary conflict. I recognize my mistake in making such a statement.
End of 2024 I reported the same player because he was banned for several rule violations shortly after our conversation in 2023, and created a Multi-Account. In response, I think he reported me using that screenshot, presenting my words out of context. A few weeks afterward, my second account “Lynn Diaz | 49396” was also blacklisted by Roberto Fire.
I want to emphasize again:
I have never, and will never, be involved in real money trading.
Here are the reasons why:
I’ve been playing on your server since the very beginning and have invested countless hours into building my account. Because the server and the community mean so much to me, I would never risk everything by breaking such an important rule. I have put far too much time and effort into this project to throw it all away.
My logs also support my statement. There are no unusual or large money transfers to other players, as would typically be expected in cases of real money trading. The only significant transaction was a 100 million loan to my family for a new house in mid 2024, which was fully paid back — and this can be verified by recordings.
I kindly ask you to review my case once again. My account is very important to me. I have been part of the community since the start, contributed actively, spent many hours on the server and I am already banned for 5 months. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to return and be part of the project again.
