Leader of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 - I'm eager to become a leader of this specific organization because I care about the bystanders around the city of Los Santos, and I like helping and providing medical care for the people in need. Having a good leader who has a lot of experience inside EMS from before is needed to ensure that the other employees are making the city a lot safer by saving lives. I know I can bring good duties inside the leader position to be sure that EMS is doing an excellent job at all times, where there is no worry about any replacement, especially around nighttime. I believe that having an EMS leader who has been in and out of EMS for 6 terms will make it better and faster. If I become a leader of the EMS, I will mainly focus on quick response times on duty calls, as well as providing the necessary amount of medication into the PH, as well as in the warehouse, so it's not worried about it being empty in the stock.
2.2 - Some other reasons why I mainly want to become a leader inside this specific organization are that I enjoy being a team player, and I enjoy being a part of a team that works hard together to help people in serious situations. It's not just about selling medkits, pills, health insurance or healing other patience inside PH or SH, it's about staying calm in stressful situations, if anything goes wrong you work better by staying calm, this allows you to show a patience who is stressed or needs urgent help that you are there for them and there to protect them as well as you can. One thing I also have noticed as an employee of EMS in the past terms I've been in is how FTOs and higher ranked members of the EMS organization is training people in general, I mainly want to change on this as a leader, to again make sure that freshers/refreshers can understand what the system looks like and how to do your work the best way possible. This will also allow people to work better as teams and be more well-organized. Another goal of mine as an EMS leader is to make sure that all colleagues are respected and trusted.
2.3 - Being a leader is obviously a big step further, it takes hard dedication and hard work. By this I mean that as a leader you should be responsible for everything and everyone, you should be active and show that people can trust you and rely on you as a leader, you should also treat everyone equally and showing them how to behave, how to do the work correct at all times by setting good examples. Most importantly, I will make sure that I set a good example for others by putting the time and effort into creating a fun and realistic experience for everyone, both EMS workers and civilians.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 - Mainly to improve the RP level in this organization, there are a few things I would focus on. I would be editing on the current guidelines that EMS has, and as I said above, I want to make sure that all FTO employees get trained in regular training sessions where we keep them fresh up to date on how to better themselves, to help all members understand how to act while on duty. To add on to this, I will mainly focus on the rules of EMS, make sure everyone reads them, if needed, maybe quiz them on this to see who understands it and who doesn't. Moreover, I would highly make sure that radio calls are well explained, because till this day new EMS employees or refreshers are very confused about the radio codes, especially how to get on and off duty, how to get on a break and off a break as well as how long you can go on a break. This will make the RP situations in both lobbies and calls much more organized, as well as more teamwork. Furthermore, EMS employee needs a lot of training how responding to replacements when there are enough resources online to cover for people that has OOC emergencies to attend to so they don't leave the lobbies empty, this is a thing I will focus on a lot as a leader to make sure that no one complains about it and works well with all of the EMS colleagues.
