Rejected Unban Request – IP Ban Occurred After Restart

Hey [Support Team/Administrator],

About a week ago, I got banned all of a sudden, without any warning. I reached out and got a response from you suggesting I restart my internet. I’ve actually done that more than 10 times already, but my IP still hasn’t changed and the ban is still active.

I even went as far as formatting my whole device, hoping it might fix the issue, but unfortunately, that didn’t help either. I’ve been waiting this past week, hoping something would change, but nothing has improved.

What’s really worrying me is that I’ve got a house and a family in the server that I’ve put so much time and effort into. If the ban doesn’t get lifted soon, I could lose everything I’ve built—including my in-game family.

Please help me resolve this. I’ve been a loyal and active player for a long time, and I really don’t want to lose everything over something I don’t even understand.
